• You retain ownership of content you submit or send through Alien Mail.
• By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your content as needed to provide the service.
• You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

7. Prohibited Activities

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from Alien Mail is prohibited.
• Using Alien Mail to build a competing product or service is prohibited.
• Reselling, licensing, or redistributing Alien Mail or any data obtained from it is prohibited without our written consent.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Alien Mail at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use Alien Mail will immediately cease.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, A2D Innovations Pvt Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of Alien Mail.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless A2D Innovations Pvt Ltd, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of Alien Mail or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhilwara, Rajasthan, India.
